Product returns:

d. For hygiene reasons, no changes or returns are made to all accessories. Return and return costs are borne by the customer.

Money return:
a. In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount. The sender undertakes the transport with a company of his choice (sender charge). Otherwise the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the impossibility of refund and return of this package.
